- A Tracking/Delivery confirmation number will be sent via email once shipment has been sent
- All packages will be double boxed in order to protect shoes and shoeboxes
- All shipments sent via UPS ground shipping will be insured for the full purchase amount and will require an adult signature for delivery
- Extra fees apply for shoes will special packaging and for larger sizes (15+)
- Shipments will go out Monday-Friday, not including holidays
